Signing up is easy. Contact your advisor who will start the process for you. After gathering the initial details and package you wish to start with, the number of handsets you require your advisor will supply the paperwork for you to complete and an install date will be agreed.

I have a number already for my business can I keep this?

Yes you can. In the vast majority of cases we can port existing numbers. There is an additional charge for this:
Single number port - £75.00
2 - 10 number port - £100.00
11 - 100 number port - £150.00

Do I need to have anything for the service to work?

Yes a good quality broadband connection with 80Kbps of available bandwidth (upload and download bandwidth) per call. Ideally your router should have QOS and it may be necessary to replace your router to prioritise VOIP traffic and maintain quality. Mear Technology will assist with this where possible. We can operate calls on limited bandwidth with 48Kbps of available bandwidth per call.

If I cancel the service what happens to my number(s)?

Your number is supplied to you by VOIP unlimited and as long as you maintain your agreement with them the number is yours. If you wish to move to another provider then you can request your new provider to port the numbers from the current supplier. We could setup the VOIP unlimited number on a VOIP phone and lose all the phone system functions
