Covid-19 Announcement

Covid-19 has changed the way all of us do business. The duration and the total impact is yet to be fully revealed. As an IT company you can imagine that our staff are fully able to work from home. So as far as Remote Support is concerned Mear Technology are open for business and operating within our SLA. As long as our staff remain fit and well we anticipate no significant disruption to our SLA's.

On-site activities such as meetings, support visits, and installation services, will however be affected. For those customers with staff having to work during this crisis Mear Technology are still here to help. While current government restrictions prevent us from site visits, we can still have new hardware delivered to site. We can then remotely configure and operate telephone support to get users up and running.

There is currently significant disruption to the supply chain for new equipment. However couriers are still operating, and our suppliers are getting shipments in. In order to maximise customers chances we will need a prompt decision on any PC or laptops quoted and quotes will only be valid till the end of the day while stocks last. Charities seeking refurbished computers and laptops are in a better position.
